Before the party, after the party, or both. Holidays, birthdays, showers, and whoever is driving in this weekend.
The date and scope matter more than a generic event-cleaning price.
Choose a pre-event clean, a post-event reset, or both sides of the gathering.
Tell us which rooms guests will use and where the cleanup will be concentrated.
Date, guest count, and any time-sensitive details help us build the right visit.
Have a tight setup or cleanup window? Add it to the quote form so we can plan around it.
Hosting has two bad hours in it. The scramble the night before, when you're wiping baseboards at eleven because your mother-in-law notices baseboards. And the morning after, when the house looks like the party was a success.
We'll take either one, or both. Book the date, tell us what the event is, and we'll build the visit around it: a pre-event clean focused on the rooms people will actually be in, and a post-event reset that puts the house back the way you had it.
An occasion clean isn't a different checklist so much as a different set of priorities. Here's where the time goes.
Kids will be on that floor with paper plates, and somebody's dog is coming whether you invited it or not. Nothing we use leaves a residue or a smell, so the house is ready when we leave, not after it airs out.
The event, the date, and whether you want us before, after, or both. Book early for holidays, they fill up first.
Which rooms matter, which ones you're closing off, and how many people are coming. You get one flat price for the visit.
We work to your clock, not ours. Before the guests arrive, or after they've gone, with the same kit and the same team either way.
For a normal weekend, a few days is usually fine. For Thanksgiving, Christmas, graduation weekend, and Fiesta, book as early as you can. Those dates go first and we'd rather not turn you away.
Often, yes. Morning-of visits before an evening event are common. Tell us the guest arrival time and we'll schedule backward from it.
If it wraps early enough, we can sometimes come that night. More often the next morning is both cheaper and better, since the house has had a chance to settle.
Absolutely, and it's the easiest way to spend less. Plenty of people close off bedrooms and have us focus on the entry, kitchen, living areas, and guest bath.
We treat what we can by surface, gently. Red wine on light carpet may need extraction, which we don't do yet. We'll tell you honestly rather than scrubbing something worse.
No. This is a focused visit built around your event. If the house also needs the detail work, a deep clean before the season starts is usually the better buy, and we'll say so.
