Before, after, or both

Special occasion cleaning.

Before the party, after the party, or both. Holidays, birthdays, showers, and whoever is driving in this weekend.

How we price it

A quote shaped around the occasion.

The date and scope matter more than a generic event-cleaning price.

1The timing

Choose a pre-event clean, a post-event reset, or both sides of the gathering.

2The spaces

Tell us which rooms guests will use and where the cleanup will be concentrated.

3The occasion

Date, guest count, and any time-sensitive details help us build the right visit.

Have a tight setup or cleanup window? Add it to the quote form so we can plan around it.

What it is

Host it. Don't clean up after it.

Hosting has two bad hours in it. The scramble the night before, when you're wiping baseboards at eleven because your mother-in-law notices baseboards. And the morning after, when the house looks like the party was a success.

We'll take either one, or both. Book the date, tell us what the event is, and we'll build the visit around it: a pre-event clean focused on the rooms people will actually be in, and a post-event reset that puts the house back the way you had it.

The scope

What we focus on.

An occasion clean isn't a different checklist so much as a different set of priorities. Here's where the time goes.

Entry & first impressionsThe door, the entry floor, the mirror, and the first ten feet everyone judges.
Kitchen & serving areasCounters, sink, stovetop, and the surfaces food is about to sit on.
Guest bathroom, in detailThe room that gets the most visits and the most scrutiny in one evening.
Living & gathering spacesDusted, vacuumed, cushions straightened, everything set for a room full of people.
Floors throughoutVacuumed and mopped before, and again after if you book the reset.
Dishes & kitchen recoveryOn post-event visits, the kitchen comes back first.
Trash & recyclingBagged and out, with fresh liners, both directions.
Spills & sticky floorsWine, punch, and whatever happened by the back door, treated by surface.
Rooms you're keeping closedTell us what to skip. There's no reason to pay for a room nobody will open.
Post-holiday resetAfter the family leaves: guest room, guest bath, and the house back to normal.

Kids will be on that floor with paper plates, and somebody's dog is coming whether you invited it or not. Nothing we use leaves a residue or a smell, so the house is ready when we leave, not after it airs out.

The results

A house that's ready before the doorbell.

How it works

Getting started is simple.

STEP 01

Tell us the date

The event, the date, and whether you want us before, after, or both. Book early for holidays, they fill up first.

STEP 02

We scope it with you

Which rooms matter, which ones you're closing off, and how many people are coming. You get one flat price for the visit.

STEP 03

You host, we handle the rest

We work to your clock, not ours. Before the guests arrive, or after they've gone, with the same kit and the same team either way.

Good to know

Occasion cleaning questions.

How far ahead should I book?

For a normal weekend, a few days is usually fine. For Thanksgiving, Christmas, graduation weekend, and Fiesta, book as early as you can. Those dates go first and we'd rather not turn you away.

Can you come the same day as the party?

Often, yes. Morning-of visits before an evening event are common. Tell us the guest arrival time and we'll schedule backward from it.

What about the night it ends?

If it wraps early enough, we can sometimes come that night. More often the next morning is both cheaper and better, since the house has had a chance to settle.

Can I have you clean only part of the house?

Absolutely, and it's the easiest way to spend less. Plenty of people close off bedrooms and have us focus on the entry, kitchen, living areas, and guest bath.

Do you clean up after a big spill or a stain?

We treat what we can by surface, gently. Red wine on light carpet may need extraction, which we don't do yet. We'll tell you honestly rather than scrubbing something worse.

Is this the same as a deep clean?

No. This is a focused visit built around your event. If the house also needs the detail work, a deep clean before the season starts is usually the better buy, and we'll say so.

The proof

We don't ask you to trust us.
We ask you to trust the labels.

We went looking for the safest products on the market so you don't have to. Every seal below belongs to something in our kit.

These certifications belong to the product makers we buy from, not to San Antonio Pristine. We just pick products that carry them. Tap a seal to see the certifying body's own page.

Service area

Based in San Antonio, and we stay close.

Most of our week happens inside Loop 1604. We drive out to the surrounding towns for recurring clients, so if you sit a little further out, it's still worth asking.

San Antonio Home base. Every neighborhood, inside 1604 and out.
