If you're not using bleach, is it actually working?
Fair question, and for years it was the right one to ask. The disinfectant we carry is EPA-registered and kills 99.9% of germs when it's used the way the label says, which is the same bar a bleach product has to clear to make that claim. The difference is what's left in the room afterward, not what gets killed.
Do I need to be home?
That's up to you. Plenty of clients give us a code or a key and come back to a finished house. Others like to be there the first visit and hand it off after that. Both work.
What do I do with the dog?
Usually nothing. Most dogs follow us room to room and we're happy to have them. If yours gets anxious around a vacuum, put them somewhere quiet and tell us where, and we'll work around that room until they're out.
Do I need to buy supplies?
No. We bring the disinfectant, fresh cloths, and our own vacuum. Nothing needs to live under your sink for our benefit, and we won't use whatever is already there unless you specifically ask us to.
How do you price it?
By the house, not off a chart. Size, current condition, how deep you want us to go, and how often we come. You get the number before anything is scheduled, and it doesn't move on you afterward.
Who is actually coming into my house?
Someone background-checked, insured, and on our payroll rather than pulled off an app. On a recurring plan it's usually the same person each visit, so you aren't re-explaining the house every two weeks.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Recurring clients stay because they want to. Move a visit, skip a month, or stop altogether, and nobody is going to make it difficult.
What if something isn't right?
Call or text us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it. There's no fee and no argument about it.
