We can't promise what any specific landlord will decide, but we'll tell you honestly if we see something outside cleaning, like damage or paint.

A week or two is comfortable, especially at the end of a month when everyone moves. Short notice is worth asking about anyway, since we'd rather fit you in than have you scramble.
Yes, and it's common. We'll coordinate both around your closing so the new place is ready before your things arrive, and the old one is done before the walkthrough.
Not yet. We're a cleaning company, so carpet extraction, paint, and repairs aren't ours. If your walkthrough needs one of those, we'll tell you early instead of at the end.
