Two quick answers, no email required. This is our standard visit, priced as a single booking instead of a recurring one.
A ballpark for a 3 bed, 2 bath home in the San Antonio area. Homes that have gone a while between cleanings usually want a deep clean instead, and we will say so before you book.
A one-time refresh is our standard cleaning, booked on its own. No plan to join, nothing to cancel. People call us for one when the week got away from them, when family is driving in on Friday, or when they just want the house handed back to them in good shape.
It covers the whole home, room by room, with the same checklist our recurring clients get: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors, trash, and the high-touch surfaces everybody puts their hands on. Supplies and equipment are included, always.

No. A one-time refresh is our standard whole-home visit, booked once. A deep clean adds the detail work: baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, appliance interiors, and buildup that a regular visit doesn't touch. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, we'll usually recommend the deep clean and tell you why.
Not a thing. Book the visit, we clean, that's the whole arrangement. If you decide later you'd like us on a rhythm, recurring service costs less per visit, but there's no pressure either direction.
Most homes take a team two to four hours, depending on size and condition. We'll give you a window when we confirm, and we don't rush the last room to hit a number.
Only if you want to be. Plenty of people leave access instructions and come back to a clean house. Either way is fine with us.
We bring everything, and we're happy to name names. We disinfect with Force of Nature, an EPA-registered hypochlorous acid solution with no bleach, fragrance, or dye. For grease and grime we use Absolute Green, a plant-based cleaner. Want fragrance-free only, or prefer we use something you provide? Just tell us.
It's an honest ballpark, not a bait number. Very cluttered or heavily soiled homes take longer, and we'd rather say that up front than surprise you at the door. You'll always have a confirmed price before we schedule.
